Tim Williams, director of operations at WRG, noted that the hires form part of the agency’s wider strategy "to refocus the business around our five key industry sectors and invest in our core service offer".

Nina Callaghan joins as senior project manager from Banks Sadler, where she held the same job title. She will be based in the London office with Nadisha Jayatissa, who takes up the newly-created role of delegate manager.

Jayatissa has been working at the agency for three months as part of her postgraduate placement with Ashdown Academy. She said she was "thrilled" to be taking on a permanent role.

Finally Brittany Wiseman, who has spent the last two years working for WRG on a freelance basis, joins as delegate manager in the Manchester office.

WRG stated the hires were made to help meet the demand for growth from its key client accounts.

Williams added: "I very much welcome Nina, Brittany and Nadisha and look forward to working alongside them during their future careers at WRG."
