Fellows, a former events administrator at White Light, said part of her remit will be responsible for further developing White Light's relationships with established venues.
She will also be working with new and emerging events spaces.
Fellows said: "My role will be to help venues and clients make the most of our services and to understand how we can better serve them. I will also be investing time with newer and smaller production spaces, looking at how we can help achieve great events in any space.
"I am looking forward to getting to know these spaces in depth and working closely with the great people behind the venues."
Stuart Crane, head of events at White Light, said: "We are very excited to have Rebecca move into this new role. Her communication skills paired with her knowledge of the industry on both sides makes her the ideal fit to liaise directly with venues.
