BMW Tate Live Exhibition, Ten Days Six Nights

Tate Modern and BMW have collaborated to stage the first BMW Tate Live Exhibition, Ten Days Six Nights. The exhibition marks a new departure in the concept of the art exhibition: an experience of art that unfolds through time. It will combine installation, performance, film, video, sound and talks. A group of artists have been invited to create installations that act as a host or stage for other artists and viewers. Installations will range from a plant-filled salon to a cloud of artificial mist. In the evening, the installations will be further animated by a range of emerging and established artists from around the world.

Bestival at The House of St Barnabas

Music festival Bestival is hosting a one-off edition in London, giving guests a taste of its offering before it moves to a new site this summer. Bestival has teamed up with The House of St Barnabas to present Festival Embassy with Bestival. The event will bring rising stars, intimate acoustic gigs, renowned and emerging DJs and much more, to a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse and secluded courtyard garden. Workshops will also be held over the weekend, including a 'Sound Bath' experience, where those taking part are encouraged to let go of their worries; a tie dye workshop and the chance to make Mother's Day cards. Food will be provided by Zoe's Ghana Kitchen Brunch, which will be providing bottomless brunches.
