The event, which operates as a celebration of all things American-style BBQ, promises a range of food and beverage experiences.
The barbeque and grill manufacturer will activate its Weber BBQ Academy throughout the two-day event.
A team of Weber representatives will be on hand to demonstrate different barbque cooking techniques including grilling, roasting, smoking and baking, with the aid of Weber’s gas and charcoal barbeques.
Rum brand Sailor Jerry will serve rum cocktails designed to complement the BBQ-style food on offer, all from a touring airstream trailer.
Chef Danny Cheetham of east London venues Psychic Burger and White Rabbit has devised a Sailor Jerry barbecue food menu. Dishes will include Sailor Jerry-marinated spam fritters topped with papaya, chilli, Sailor Jerry rum and pineapple pickled coleslaw, American cheese and a fried egg served in a toasted brioche bun.
The brand’s activation area will also feature a custom Harley motorcycle. Those who post an image of the motorcycle to social media with the hashtag #TheRideSJUK and tag @SailorJerryUK will have the chance to win Sailor Jerry merchandise.
The beverage brand is set to create a New York-style dive bar for the event. It will feature a stage and showcase Brooklyn Beer's new product range.
Cider company Lazy Jack’s has been travelling the country in search of an artist to perform at its Lazy Jack’s Sessions during Grillstock Festival in London. The winning performer will deliver the brand’s main stage set during the festival, as part of the sessions.
