Web service to branch out

The event website specialist ASP has launched a division that offers clients additional strategic advice on their event campaigns.

ASP Consulting will work with organisers to offer ideas, advice and practical assistance, including copywriting, training, best practice, market research and PR and marketing initiatives.

"This is a natural progression for us to extend our services beyond websites," said Melissa Ooi, ASP regional director Europe. "We have been working with event marketers for 10 years and are aware of the challenges that they are facing - reduced budgets, reduced staffing but continually higher expectations."

Jo Tyler has been brought on board as head of event strategy for the division.
