ILS will supply logistics services for the events, which expect to pull in more than 100,000 visitors this year combined.
ILS' contract lasts for three years.
"All VOS events focus very heavily on making the most of what a live event has to offer," said VOS Media operation manager Matthew Wozniak. "From the 50 foot kicker we installed at The 2009 Ski & Snowboard Show for boarders to demonstrate their skills through to a dedicated pool at The Outdoors Show where hundreds of visitors tried out canoeing and kayaking."
VOS Media went on a spending spree last year, buying One Life Live in November.
