Chapman will join the agency's London office, and will work to develop relationships with new and existing clients. He previously held the role of managing director at Saatchi and Saatchi Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where his client portfolio included financial services group SAMBA and satellite operator Arabsat.
Prior to Saatchi and Saatchi, Chapman was client services director for GMASCO, where he developed campaigns for automotive brands including Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Lotus, Volvo and Hertz. He has also held the same role at agency Imagination managing Europe-wide experiential programmes for Ford in Europe.
In his new role at Vista, Chapman will work alongside the senior team as the agency continues to grow. He’ll be working with the account team to develop their client base and support the agency's expansion.

William Sutton, director of operations, added: "Simon is joining Vista at a time when we enter our next phase of growth. Having worked with some of the world's largest brands Simon will be a great asset to the Vista team."
