Venue of the week: London Film Museum Covent Garden
What’s it got? Brought to us by the same people behind the Southbank’s popular Film Museum, the new Covent Garden outpost can hold up to 450 guests standing. Previously known as the Flower Cellars, the space – just on the edge of Covent Garden Market – has been completely redeveloped and can be divided up into five separate rooms for smaller functions. Until 1 September 2012 the venue will house a photographic exhibition featuring the best works from the Magnum Photos collection complimented by original artefacts from the silver screen.

Anything else? The venue has the largest diamond concrete floor in Europe.
