Two directors quit board of Tarsus Group

Tarsus Group executive directors Adrian Broadbent and Nick Helyer have quit the board.

The resignations follow a share placing last month that raised more than £5m to drive the company's continued acquisition programme and refinance debt.

"The board is grateful for the significant contributions the two made to the early stages of the group's growth,

said Tarsus chairman Neville Buch.

Tarsus also reported a fall in pre-tax profits from £2.9m to £2.7m for the year ended 31 December 2001 on turnover up from £20.8m to £24.4m.

"We are well positioned to take advantage of any improvement in the economic climate,

said Buch.
