The operators are the team on the ground that transport, set-up and manage activations for clients.
Amongst the newest recruits there are skills including: carpentry, engineering, customer service, sports coaching and those with military backgrounds.
TRO works with clients including BMW, Volvo, Ribena, Lucozade, Vauxhall and Diageo. The agency is working on a number of major upcoming events, including the BMW PGA Championship and Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Gary Wootton, operations director at TRO, said: "We have purposefully selected candidates with diverse backgrounds in order to match skills and personalities with our clients’ brands.
"Having a mechanical background, for example, is advantageous to some of our automotive clients whilst those with a keen sports interest match well for brands like Lucozade."
