Saich joined TRO 18 months ago as an account manager and previously had a background in PR. The new role will cover both internal and external marketing and communications.

Saich added: "This is a unique and very exciting opportunity and I am looking forward to leaning on my previous communications experience in order to promote an agency and industry that I have a genuine passion for."
