Vauxhall has appointed agency TRO to produce a regional brand experience event to celebrate its sponsorship of Series 5 of Britain's Next Top Model.

The auto brand is currently looking for the Face of Tigra through a series of Vauxhall Style Catwalk events across the UK, hosted by former model and presenter of Britain's Next Top Model, Lisa Snowdon.

The winner from each city location will be fast-tracked to the final auditions for the 2010 series of Britain's Next Top Model and will have the chance to strut their stuff on the catwalk during London Fashion Week.

Competing for attention amongst the aspiring models will be a collection of Vauxhall vehicles, including Corsa, Agila and a ‘mirror ball' Tigra covered in over 2,500 mirrors.

This will be the third year TRO has produced Vauxhall's fashion roadshows.

"Britain's Next Top Model is prime viewing for a young female audience; it's about teaming up the most stylish show on television with stylish cars from Vauxhall," said marketing manager small cars, Vauxhall, Kathryn Gould. "To bring the programme to a wider, live audience, while maintaining a strong fashion context, is the natural extension of our marketing strategy."
