Trainer looks at car giant's event tactics

Power Train teamed up with Mobile Promotions and the recently opened Mercedes-Benz World in Brooklands last month to provide 16 customer relationship managers with a day's training and insight into Daimler Chrysler's event strategy.

The training supplier used the new venue's conference and driving experience facilities to role-play customer relationship management (CRM) scenarios, before taking delegates to a mobile studio to showcase how Power Train and Mobile Promotions have turned Daimler Chrysler's CRM around through a series of roadshows during the past two years.

The third annual roadshow for Daimler Chrysler will take to the road later this year.
