Running over three days, ZTE and Three's ‘Unicabs’ will be available to flag down in busy commuting areas across the city. The #MagicTogether activation is marking the launch of the new ZTE Blade V7 device that is exclusively available to Three, while the mobile operator is also aiming to inject an element of fun into Londoners' daily morning commutes.
The white and rainbow-coloured Unicabs, fitted with a carriage big enough to seat one person and three colleagues, will operate in Monument on 26 October, in Southwark on the following day and in Canary Wharf on 28 October, from 7am-11am on each day. Passengers can also trial the new ZTE Blade V7 on board, and snap the sights that Londoners take for granted from the comfort of their private Unicorn-drawn carriage.
Commuters can share Unicab snaps and thoughts using #MagicTogether and can book a ride by tweeting Three. The activation is being implemented by agency Cow PR.
Three staged a travel agency pop-up at Westfield Stratford this summer, fronted by television personality Joey Essex. It also launched a festive campaign last December, celebrating Brits whose birthdays fall in the Christmas period.
