Student discount provider Unidays is to kick off its secret container tour next Tuesday (10 November) in Birmingham. Students will be able to spin to win for the chance to enter the container where they can win prizes. The tour will also travel to Cardiff later this month.
Next week (9-15 November) will see the Vodka Rocks event take over various venues in the capital, with five brands involved in the celebration, including Snow Queen Vodka, Vestal Vodka and Ruby Blue Vodka. Each brand will be teaming up with a venue and offering a series of one-off events, with specially created vodka-based cocktails available to try.
Guinness World Records Day
Next Thursday (12 November) is Guinness World Records Day, with plenty of activity anticipated. Stunt drive specialist Alistair Moffatt will be attempting the tightest parallel parking in reverse, by squeezing a classic Mini Cooper into a space leaving no more than a combined distance of just 34 cm between the cars in front and behind.
As many as 650,000 other world record hopefuls from across the world look set to take part in the day, including the unveiling of the largest chocolate coin in the world, in Belgium.
