Good Ship Benefit launches Illusionary Afternoon Tea
Benefit's three-storey beauty ship on the Thames is launching an Illusionary Afternoon Tea. The menu includes a spread of curious cupcakes, sweet courgette brownies, savoury lollipops with a twist and champagne cocktails with candyfloss.
After tea, customers will be able to visit the on-board boutique to enjoy complimentary makeuppers and brow mapping.

Meredith Collective teams up with Whirlpool and Bang & Olufsen on pop-up
Pop-up agency Meredith Collective has joined forces with Whirlpool and Bang & Olufsen on a new London pop-up called The Jones Family, 'Keeping Up With the Jones'.
The pop-up will be based around the character of Mrs Jones - the ultimate hostess - who is often involved in elegant soirees and charity functions, however recent home improvements.
The different rooms will contain a giant dishwasher for guests to get inside, a washing powder snow-storm, a Bang & Olufsen sound lounge, a feather-filled pillow fight area, a disco laundrette and a zen garden with sixth sense meditation zones.

Mercure Hotels celebrates National Picnic Day
Mercure Hotels is holding a free picnic event at Somerset House, in line with the hotel brand's partnership with National Picnic Week. The event will feature bespoke picnic hampers created by Tom’s Kitchen, featuring homemade baguettes, classics like scotch eggs and desserts. Mercure Hotels has also partnered with contemporary food designers, Bompas & Parr, to create 'pre-instagrammed' picnic hampers, which will be showcased at the event. The three hampers have been designed to fit the style, shade, and colouring of the UK’s favourite Instagram filters and include some locally sourced ingredients from selected Mercure Hotels.
