The terrace has been transformed into a tranquil green space, embodying the ethos of teapigs, with a menu of matcha-inspired bites and drinks to match the surroundings. Alongside drool-worthy dishes, Teapigs will also be offering a whole host of wellbeing activities to keep guests peacefully entertained.
These include a matcha masterclass, taking place on 18 May, where teapigs co-founder Louise Cheadle will show how matcha can elevate favourite drinks to new heights, from morning lattes to after-work mocktails. A matcha cocktal masterclass will also be held on 25 May, demonstrating how a dash of matcha can be added to various tipples. Guests will start the evening with an arrival cocktail and then begin mixing up their own matcha concoctions.
In January, Teapigs took over the giant window at retailer Whole Foods in Kensington, with the aim of celebrating all things matcha. The brand also unleashed a Routemaster bus onto London's streets in November 2015 to celebrate its ninth birthday and mark the brand's third free tea day.
