Beiner was previously head of new business at creative agency Fold7. In the past, he has held business development roles at agencies Jack Morton Worldwide and Stereo and has worked with a range of brands inlcuding Nespresso, Freeview and Dell.
In his new role, Beiner's objectives include building the TBA brand, establishing new strategy-led relationships with clients looking to connect with their audiences using creative brand experiences, whilst working with the senior leadership team to help TBA realise its growth ambitions.
Mark Spragg, managing director of TBA, said: "We went to market looking for specific skills, expertise and personalities to fit our growing organisation – and I’m delighted to say we got them. Alex is an incredibly smart thinker with an entirely fresh approach to building great relationships – he has the full support of the agency behind him."
Beiner said: "Having spent the past few years in advertising and content, I'm thrilled to be joining TBA and returning to the world of brand experience. There's a real buzz about TBA that struck me the moment I walked through the door, and I look forward to helping the team to win exciting work with the world’s most ambitious brands."
