Savill joins from creative communications agency HGA, where he worked as head of business development. Prior to this, Savill was employed as business development director at WRG for almost nine years.

TBA announced a new managing director in Mark Spragg earlier this year, replacing long-standing MD Guy Horner, who is now executive chairman.
