Organised by Prysm Group, Street Food Live will see exhibitors present innovative street food solutions and feature a schedule of seminars and workshops bringing visitors up to speed on the fastest growing food sector in the UK.
The event is being backed by the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS). Its director Bob Fox will be giving a seminar on ‘How to get your street food or mobile catering business up and running’.
Fox will also be part of a panel on Future Trends in the Industry, being joined by Martin Kersh from the Food Service Packaging Association, Mark Whybrow from Westmill Foods and Graham Corfield, MD of Just Eat.
