From the drinks creations, to the slow cooked food, each element of the evening has been designed to allow guests to experience the positive impact of slow preparation. The idea of 'Slow Artistry' aims to heighten senses and encourage guests to savour the delights of the evening.
The experience will kick off on 31 March at Carousel in London, and will feature a three course menu cooked by Carousel’s resident chef Ollie Templeton. Diners will also be able to enjoy a selection of bespoke Star of Bombay cocktails, along with an education and masterclass tasting led by global brand ambassador, Renaud de Bosredon.
In October, Bombay Sapphire staged an immersive event called 'The Grand Journey', which aimed to combine mixology and cuisine. The brand also teamed up with Soho venue Cahoots to launch London's first vintage train carriage pop-up bar.
