SSG to launch HTC transatlantic campaign

Brand experience agency SSG Create is devising mobile phone manufacturer HTC's biggest phone launch to date, with events to be held on both sides of the Atlantic.

Simultaneous launch events will be held in London and New York on 25 March, with 900 representatives from European media outlets expected to attend the London press conference, to be held at Olympia, London. 

Around 450 members of the press are expected in New York, where HTC will unveil its latest phone at the Sky Light at Moynihan. 

Design will feature heavily as a theme throughout the events, reflected in everything from the architectural styling at both venues through to the catering, ensuring one cohesive brand experience. SSG Create is designing, creating and delivering both launches.

James Dale, director at SSG Create, said: "This is SSG Create’s biggest challenge to date for HTC, designing, creating and delivering a brand experience that truly reflects the spirit of HTC and its new phone. With simultaneous events in London and New York for well over 1000 media, we have pulled together our biggest ever team to ensure a seamless launch."

SSG launched its first experiential activity for HTC last September, with an event held at London's Excel.
