SSG create interactive HTC stand for Mobile World Congress

Experiential agency SSG Create has been tasked by telecommunications brand HTC to produce its brand experience at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona this week (24-27 February).

It will be the fifth year the agency has managed HTC’s activity at the international conference and exhibition, which this year will consist of an 800sqm single-tiered interactive zone.

Focusing on the brand’s UEFA sponsorship, the stand will feature demonstrations from freestyle footballers and visitors will have the opportunity to see the Champions League trophy.   

Oksana Koval, director at SSG Create, said: "We are delighted to be working with HTC again at MWC for what is a momentous fifth year. Our close and trusted partnership enables us to create a unique experience that truly communicates the essence of the brand."

SSG will also be handling HTC’s global press conference, showcasing a new HTC phone to 250 global media. It will take place in the Barcelona CCCB Centre.

SSG Create has formed another partnership for the MWC with Microgaming, international gaming software developers, following the development of the company’s stand for gaming conference ICE 2014 last month at London’s Excel. 

The agency will deliver Microgaming’s MWC stand, showcasing the brand’s online gaming software (casino, poker, bingo) across multiple mobile products.
