The duo worked together at Slice for almost ten years delivering projects for brands including Nike, XBox, Levi's, Casio G-Shock, Beck's, Southern Comfort, Coca-Cola, Channel Five and GHD.
They were behind the Event Award winning Nike Human Race at Wembley Stadium, Beck's Fusions in Trafalgar Square and managed XBox’s sponsorship of We Love… at Space in Ibiza for several years.
Both left Slice, which is owned by communication company The Engine Group, last year.
Mould told Event: "Once the dust had settled, it seemed to make perfect sense to team up again and launch a new agency that enabled us to keep doing the kind of work we loved producing, and the kind of work that really reflected the way in which brands need their experiential campaigns to deliver. It is from this idea that XYZ was born."
The new agency already has some exciting projects in the pipeline, with a big event planned for late March.
