Opened yesterday (3 August) and running for six weeks until the 20 September, the Sispmith bar offers panoramic views of Greenwich Peninsula and gives guests the chance to taste a range of bespoke, hand-crafted cocktails with Sipsmith's master distiller Jared Brown.
These will include Sipsmith’s London Dry Gin, V.J.O.P., Sipping Vodka and its new London Cup, with fresh ingredients and garnishes foraged from the grounds of Craft London and its kitchen garden.
Alongside the cocktails, bar snacks are being served and guests will also have the opportunity to attend gin masterclasses every two weeks.
Sipsmith hosted its summer punch house pop-up earlier this year, where it teamed up with social enterprise The House of St Barnabas. In October, it will also be joining a host of major champagne brands in support of National Champagne Week, which takes place from 1-8 October.
