The activation, which started earlier this week (25 October) and runs until 30 October, and includes intimate tasting sessions, brunches and a bar serving bespoke cocktails.
Master distiller Cory Mason is leading juniper-juice lovers on a journey of discovery, sampling the carefully crafted, full bodied and fresh spirit born from the artisanal spring set within the Surrey Hills.
The timetable of events also includes a series of brunches where diners have the opportunity to sample Silent Pool’s newly-launched gin-infused salmon, alongside a range of drinks designed by Ian Goodman of Darkhorse restaurant, including iconic classics such as the Red Snapper and Gin and Tonic.
Earlier this year, premium gin brand Hendrick's unveiled a double-decker bus disguised as a giant cucumber to provide the answer to Londoners' travel woes.
