Showcase: Roadshows - Kit list

There's no reason why you can't be stylish as you cross the country.

Branding specialist Raccoon's vehicle wraps are a quick and cost-effective way to brand everything from trailers and hospitality suites to cars, bikes and trains. A vehicle's bodywork is covered in a self-adhesive, digitally printed vinyl skin, which is vibrant, eye-catching and photo-realistic. Wraps last up to five years but can be easily removed without damaging paintwork. Prices start at around £1,400 for a Ford Transit, rising to £7,000 for covering a double-decker bus.

If you're struggling to make a roadshow eco-friendly, why not offer eye-grabbing green giveaways. Redbows specialises in sourcing environmentally friendly promotional gifts, from organic truffles, eco-icescrapers and green pens and pencils to mugs, sustainable clothing, coasters, mobile-phone holders and baseball caps. The company can personalise your gifts, with branding - including logo, contact details and marketing message - ready within 14 days from order. Redbows also offers working or dummy samples to help you choose your roadshow gifts.

Trailers just keep getting bigger and bolder as Lynton Trailers proves with its latest designs: the 6.6-metre Diplomat and The Executive, measuring 4.2 metres or 5.4 metres. The Diplomat features an extending canopy, air conditioning and modular furniture. The kitchen has a separate staff entrance and the stage area offers easy disabled access. The Executive is ideal when stand space is limited and has fitted seating, graphic panels, lighting and a kitchen area.

Segway's i2 personal transporter puts sales reps head and shoulders above a crowd. What's more, its 20km per hour top speed allows them to nimbly weave between consumers. Event Marketing Solutions used two Segway models on its recent Sansa roadshow. "They were a great conversation starter and provided an interesting point of engagement," says account director Justin Isles. The product's ground clearance and non-marking tyres make it ideal for both indoor and outdoor live events, and there is an added environmental benefit because the battery-operated transporter produces zero emissions.
