Seasoned Events spring/summer menu launch: picture gallery

Seasoned Events launched its spring and summer menus to 60 guests on 22 March, and Event has pictures of the evening, held at the Supreme Court.

The menu, provided by executive chef Sam Walker, included dishes such organic Atlantic salmon and smoked English trout for a starter, and for main a duo of Welsh spring lamb infused with rosemary and lemon thyme and a confit of shoulder tagine.

For dessert, guests could try prosecco, lemongrass and ginger jelly topped with Zabaglione and seasonal berries and sour cranberry biscotti.

A sommelier was also on hand to suggest the best wine for each dish.
