School theme adds twist to SEAT’s launch

Agency Wyndham Leigh created a ‘School’s Out’ theme for the UK launch of car manufacturer SEAT’s range of hatchback models. An aircraft hanger in a former airfield became a classroom and journalists were treated to lessons such as physics to highlight the dynamics of the car. A track around the airfield was then used to test-drive the car during the five-day series of events in the summer. SEAT head of public relations Mike Orford said: “The theme set our event apart from the myriad car launches that the UK motoring press attend.”
