Savings group goes to Wales with ID project

Agency ID has completed a campaign in Cardiff for direct savings bank ING Direct.

The October drive targeted commuters at Cardiff train station with free tea, coffee and branded doughnuts. ING Direct-branded rickshaws gave free rides to the city centre and an ING Direct double-decker bus was parked at high footfall areas, with trained staff giving out information.

ING Direct field marketing manager Karen Webster-Dunn said: "Bringing the brand to life is a key element of our marketing as we don't have branches for consumers to go in."
