Ruth Henderson has been appointed as senior strategist, while Laurel Davis will join as head of creative communications.
Henderson will join the strategy team to focus on social, brand and innovation. Having previously headed up strategy at social content agency Redpill, she brings a wealth of experience to the role and has worked on projects including national rebrands, product innovation for start-ups, brand consultancy and creative copywriting.

RPM's new head of creative communications, Laurel Davis, joins from Ogilvy Brisbane, where she held the role of creative director. Davis has over 13 years of industry experience, and has developed creative campaigns for a diverse range of global and local brands across fashion, FMCG, leisure and entertainment.
Davis will be working with director of creative and strategy, Rob Wilson, leading a team of five with responsibility for developing integrated ideas and strategies which aim to showcase the power of brand experience and brand activations.

At the beginning of this year, RPM reported a 24.2% increase in turnover, as well as increase of 23.5% in gross profit for the year ending 31 March 2016.
