River Cottage launches cookery-focused corporate away days

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage HQ is offering team-building activities led by in-house chefs including Gill Meller, John Wright and Steven Lamb.

Attendees can spend a day in the professional-standard cookery school, learning skills including bread making, meat butchery and how to fillet and cook fish.

They can also head out onto the farm and forage for seasonal wild food, with ingredients transformed into a three-course meal at the cookery school. 

River Cottage HQ is located on the Dorset/Devon border, five minutes from Axminster train station with hourly trains to London Waterloo and Exeter.
