RioEvents represents a handful of new and exclusive properties: Cain Manor, Notley Abbey and Silchester House - all within an hour of Central London. All three properties are available on an 'exclusive hire only' basis.

Silchester House is an impressive, Grade-II listed Victorian mansion set in extensive grounds, near Reading, hence good access to the M4 corridor and central London. This venue is perfect for board meetings, training days as well as larger conferences and parties.
The venue's handsome, wood-panelled Music Room can accommodate 130 delegates theatre style or 90 for a sit-down dinner. In addition, a fully lined & floored marquee is linked to the end of the house, holding up to 180 for dinner. Three further rooms offer flexible space for breakout activities and dining. In addition, there are 14 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms.  Leisure facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, croquet lawn & fitness trail. The grounds can accommodate a variety of outdoor pursuits suited to teambuilding.

Cain Manor is a stunning timbered Elizabethan manor house, set in thirty acres of landscaped grounds and woodland near Farnham and within easy reach of the M3, London and the south coast. The original part of the building dates back over 400 years & has been sympathetically renovated & furnished in a contemporary style. The largest event space is the Music Room, which has high, timbered ceilings, a cathedral-style window & minstrel's gallery. A versatile space for business meetings & entertaining, it can accommodate 120 for a seated dinner or conference. A further three rooms are available, including the Library - ideal as a registration or breakout space - & the Drawing Room, which offers a quiet place to relax. Cain Manor has 13 luxurious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court and plenty of grounds for team building activities.

Notley Abbey is set in 69 acres of tranquil Buckinghamshire countryside on the banks of the river Thame within a mile of Thame and easy reach of the M40. The restored monastic building - once home to Sir Laurence Olivier & Vivien Leigh - combines an original facade with a stylish modern interior. Dating back to the 12th century, the Monk's Refectory can accommodate up to 250 for a theatre-style conference or 160 for dinner, while the 16th-century Abbots Hall can hold up to 90 for meetings. Three further rooms are available for breakout activities, drinks receptions or intimate dining. There are also nine double bedrooms, as well as good quality accommodation for larger groups within 10 minutes drive of Notley Abbey. The grounds are a combination of beautiful manicured lawns, a tennis court & fields offering ample opportunity for on-site teambuilding activities and the options for both corporate and private events are vast both inside and outside.
