Harbour & Jones Events, which has a venue collective of 18 venues in London, will introduce a number of new food concepts to the venue including bistro plated buffets, food stalls, signature dishes and specially designed desserts following RIBA Venue’s architectural style.
RIBA Venues will have support from Harbour & Jones Events’ leading chefs, including company chef Robert Milligan and director of food Gary McKechnie, alongside new front-of-house staff who will enhance the customer journey from entering the building throughout the whole day.
Stephanie Ellrott, RIBA Venues’ head of venues, said: "We’re extremely excited to be embarking on a new catering contract with Harbour & Jones Events who will bring a new flavour to the catering offer at the venue and some great new catering concepts.
