Reshuffle at ID as pursuit of growth hots up

Brand experience agency ID has strengthened its senior management team as it attempts to boost turnover by 25% through 2005.

Deborah Broadbent has joined as financial director from Omnicom-owned communications agency Claydon Heeley Jones Mason.

Jennifer Newton, previously sales and marketing manager, has been promoted to the position of business development director. Meanwhile, Emma Ede has taken on the role of associate director of The Collective, ID's promotional staffing division.

Rick Robinson will join from Triangle later this month to head up the creative department.
