Relais & Château, a collection of more than 540 hotels and restaurants, partnered with Bompas and Parr to showcase some of the rarest honeys in the world.
The Joy of Bees exhibition will take place in a four-storey town house on Greek Street in Soho over two days, from 7-8 October.
The tasting and art installation will be the world’s most extensive exhibition dedicated to some of the rarest honeys in the world.
Guests will tour the first floor Hive Mind exhibition and enjoy a honey-based cocktail created especially for the event by mixologist Ariel Saniecki at Relais and Châteaux’s Cliff House Hotel, Ireland.
There is also a fragrant indoor Honey Garden adorned with bee-friendly acacia, lavender and clover. The Salon of Honey, a honeycomb haven, will showcase honey tastings under the guidance of a honey sommelier.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to The British Beekeepers Association.
