Parsons started her career within event production and has more than seven years' worth of experience in events and experiential marketing, both in London and Sydney, Australia. Working across a variety of clients including Heineken, Ballantine's, Coca-Cola, Porsche, Google and Samsung, Parsons has experience in delivering projects from small press launches, conferences and festivals to fully integrated, global campaigns.

Pretty Green’s experiential clients include John Lewis, Virgin Media, UnderArmour, Lego and Pandora. The agency focuses on sectors including entertainment, sport and wellbeing, using PR, experiential and content. It activated John Lewis's annual On Blackheath festival earlier this year and also hosted its own immersive event, The Clearing, featuring a number of brand speakers.
