The company, which provides 3D technology to allow organisers to run virtual exhibitions alongside terrestrial shows, will use the funds to increase Expocentric's marketing reach and product development.

The funds were raised by Investec Henderson Crosthwaite, with a placing of 274,479 ordinary shares, representing 22% of the issued share capital.

'We are delighted that our new investors share our excitement in the opportunity for the company,' chief executive Stephen Moore said.
