Named "The Gin Market' pop-up, it will run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3 -10pm from 7-30 July, and will allow customers to personalise their G&T by choosing from an array of botanicals and tonics.
Visitors can choose from a range of summer garnishes from Portobello Road Gin’s traditional heritage market stalls. This will include everything from the Portobello Road Gin’s signature pink grapefruit & juniper berries combination to watermelon, strawberries, basil and starfruit.
Each gin serve will be topped off with a choice of Fever-Tree tonics, Mediterranean to Sicilian Lemonade, home-made tinctures and mixers.
The drinks will be presented in Portobello Road Gin’s signature Spanish-style serve – the Copa de Balón (or large wine glass).
If the consumers Instagram their G&T ‘Art In A Glass’ at the pop-up there is a chance to win a trip to Portobello Gin's Distillery, with a planned opening this winter.
The new venue is a multi-million pound distillery that will become the new home to Portobello Road Gin and The Ginstitute, the gin-making experience.
