Field marketing agency PMI has restructured in a bid to improve its
offer to an expanded client base.
The company, which boasts clients such as Coca Cola, News International
and Vodafone has relocated to new headquarters in Windsor, Berkshire and
opened a number of regional offices around the UK.
Former managing director James Moyies has left the agency. He is
replaced by co-founder Gail Tunesi.
"We constantly try to monitor and evolve our structure and services and
we have rejected the monolithic, centralised and rather inflexible
structure of many other field marketing agencies," Tunesi said.
"The regional management and operational teams are empowered and
accountable, allowing fast and flexible response to clients'
requirements, with mechanisms in place for central measurements and
controls," she added.
