Cocktails, canapes, bowl food and sweet treats were on offer at the launch event, alongside cold offerings such as olives, bread, cured meats and cheeses.
The new caterer aims to offer flexible food options, from street food to fine dining across all Tobacco Dock events, with a fully-functioning commercial kitchen due to be in operation on-site from 3 October.
The new 625sqm Little Gallery space, situated opposite the Great Gallery, can host 1,000 standing or 600 theatre style.
Tobacco Dock will be the location for Mexican restaurant chain Wahaca’s 12-hour Day of the Dead party on 7 November. Other upcoming events at the venue include Meatopia and Oktoberfest.
