Agency Iris Worldwide worked with the brand to create an installation that featured 24 Olympic athletes, including Ryan Lochte, Maria Belmonte and Miss Franklin.
In addition to revealing its new brand ambassadors, the event was designed to launch Speedo's new Fastskin LZR Racer X Swim Suit.
Working with Framestore, Iris created the installation, measuring 25 metres by four metres, in which the swimmers stood as the costume was revealed.
Projection mapping charted each athlete’s success, as a spotlight was shone of the structure to illuminate them one by one, before the the finale which showcased them as one winning team.
Iris has previously worked on the brand’s Get Speedo Fit and Parade to the Pool campaigns. The agency also won Best Digital Experience at the 2015 Event Awards.
