Home Comfort at Winterville offers a southern style take on Christmas, with the food, beverages and décor all designed to transport guests to the region.
The menu, devised by the brains behind barbeque restaurant The Joint, includes the Southern Leftovers Sarnie, which features crispy chicken leg and is paired with a Southern Comfort gravy, as well as American cheddar on cranberry sourdough toast.
Southern Comfort samples are available from roaming drinks trollies, and the pop-up serves a range of other beverages that showcase the spirit.
The décor is modelled on Nanna’s 'best front lounge', and is complete with tinsel, awkward family photos and a dress up box filled with Christmas jumpers.
Those who dare to wear one of the jumpers, snap a selfie and tag their group portrait on social media with the #southerncomfortwinterville hashtag could have their image posted on the pop-up's wall.
Home Comfort will remain open throughout the Winterville residency, closing its doors on 23 December.
Amplify produced and delivered the pop-up. The agency also worked with the brand on its 19th hole crazy golf experience at Boardmasters festival and Bestival over the summer. Why not view our gallery of the activity?
