French-born Sirieix added the final Parisian-style ‘love lock’ to the installation, which is complete with more than 750 locks, 25 of which will reveal French-inspired prizes.
These include a trip to Paris, a day spa experience at a French spa in the UK and dinner at Galvin at Windows, the restaurant that Sirieix manages.
The Parisian-themed installation takes its inspiration from the city's Moulin Rouge, and houses the Renault Clio Dynamique S, as well as a red velvet swing.
The birdcage is designed to celebrate 25 years of the Renault Clio car in the UK, and will remain in place until today (27 April).
Jeremy Townsend, communications director at Groupe Renault UK said: "We are pleased to have Fred join us for this huge milestone, which marks 25 years of Renault Clio in the UK.
"We wanted to take this time to celebrate what makes the Clio sexy and distinct from the ordinary – its Va Va Voom – which is something that Fred evokes through his own French style and uniqueness."
Last week the company unleashed a 70-car motorcade onto London's streets, to offer test-drivess of its Twingo vehicle.
