Ambassadors from agency PixAngels were on hand to snap customers in front of a floral backdrop, and the images were printed on the spot using wearable technology.
Visitors could choose from a series of different place cards, complete with statements such as 'Happy Mother’s Day', 'I Love You Mum' and 'Best Mum Ever', as well as props including flower bouquets and headresses to create the personalised card.
Staff were also on hand to provide free fragrance consultations to help customers choose the perfect gift, and attendees were treated to complimentary refreshments as their gift selections were wrapped in front of them.
Participants were invited to share their photo on Instagram with the #MBForeverFloral for a chance to win the brand’s new Dewy Lily of the Valley & Star Anice Collection, which it opted to launch in line with Mother’s Day.
PixAngels worked with Lick Creative to deliver the activity, which was available to experience within Molton Brown stores in Bath, Bluewater, Cheltenham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Covent Garden and Regent Street.
Molton Brown unveiled an interactive mirror installation at the end of last year. Designed to transport consumers to a range of exotic destinations, it will travel around the UK throughout 2016.
