The party was attended guests including Oliver Cheshire, Lucy Watson, Lilah Parsons, Olivia Cox and Olivia Wayne, meanwhile Sam Young delivered a DJ set on the night.
The Moët Ice Impérial variety, which the champagne house has created specifically to be enjoyed over ice, was served in large cabernet style glasses. The Madison's kitchen served complementary canapés inspired by the warmer months.
On the evening members of the Bompas & Parr were on hand to create ice cubes with personalised messages for guests, such as I Love You, Best Buddy and Marry Me.
Guests were also able to witness ice sculptors in action as they carved out the brand’s new mascot – the penguin.
The nautical-themed venue offers guests sweeping views of St Paul’s Cathedral, as well as ice cube seats, branded buoys, the aforemnentioned penguin mascot and oversized Moët Ice Impérial champagne bottles.
The pop-up will run throughout the summer, and is set to close its doors on 1 September.
