In pictures: LateRooms surprises Londoners with stag do stunt

LateRooms teamed up with agency Taylor Herring to send a team of 'stags' out onto London's streets yesterday (26 April).

Men were spotted in rather comprising post-stag do situations throughout the capital, from Westminster Bridge to Victoria Park and even outside New Scotland Yard.

One stag was tied to the bridge with bright pink rope and a LateRooms tattoo on his face, another clung to a steel structure above a canal secured by LateRooms tape, and a stag dressed as a burglar was handcuffed to New Scotland Yard signage.

Other stags were handcuffed to bus stops in just their underwear, and a passed out ‘bride’ could also be seen.

The stunt was designed to celebrate the beginning of peak wedding season in the UK, and formed part of LateRooms’ It’s Going To Be A Great Night campaign.

The brand also released research around stag and hen dos, including information about the average amount spent on such occasions, as well as most popular cities people travel to for the parties.

LateRooms also selected Taylor Herring to execute a London-based stunt at the end of last year. The activity saw a man make his way around central London dressed as a Christmas tree, to promote the brand's Christmas party escape suit.
