The Jacob's Gourmet Snacktail Bar was located on Greek Street in London's Soho. Open from 7.30pm on Thursday and 5pm on Friday, the bar showcased the work of Jacob's and mixologist Matt Whiley.
The cocktail creator devised a series of drinks designed to accompany the brand's new Cracker Crisps range, which guests could sample for free.
Concoctions available included the chilli con carne snacktail, served in a tin, and sparkling wine with potato vodka and peas – designed to complement the salt and vinegar cracker crisp.
The décor featured theatrical displays of cocktail making and an accent wall that featured greenery and a Hollywood-style lit-up sign. Plain Jane Events assisted in dressing and staffing the pop-up, which was devised by agency 3 Monkeys Communications.
Despite the Tube strike, more than 200 guests came through the doors of the gourmet pop-up.
Last year saw the brand open a savoury ice cream parlour in partnership with agency Elevate.
