Taking place at The Vaults, London Waterloo, the theatrical preview screenings saw guests step back in time to the 1930s for an evening of entertainment. Production agency Darling & Edge recreated Dr Jekyll’s laboratory and his alter ego Mr Hyde’s saloon bar, while Bubble Food provided unique cocktails and canapes.
Once guests had enjoyed nibbles, potions and concoctions to drink and the chance to explore the themed area, they were treated to a preview screening of the new show, which aired for the first time on Sunday night (25 October).
Emma Lindsay, project manager, ITV Events, told Event: "One of the main objectives of the event was to create a buzz on social media around the show ahead of broadcast, and the uptake and feedback from our guests was overwhelming. This event further cements our ability to turn viewers into fans of our content."
ITV Events was named Event Team of the Year at the Event Awards 2015 on 14 October.
