Puma and coaches from the Gunners were on hand to show kids how to 'play the Arsenal way'. The brands hosted a 45-minute soccer school coaching clinic, with Puma demonstrating to small guests how it can make them ‘forever faster’.
The football club’s mascot The Gunnersaurus made an appearance at the festival, taking photos with families in the Arsenal Junior Gunners’ Club House. Here, families could also watch films, play the football video game Fifa 15 on a giant screen and watch an FA Community Shield Game thanks to a tie-up with BT Sport.
Alongside the football activity, Indesit also activated its Festival Laundrette. The brand offered use of its Innex washer-dryers to festival-goers throughout the weekend, targeting muddy footballers and their parents with the Sports Programme.
Other brands activating at Bestival included Energizer, Volvo, Hello Kitty and Hotpoint. The latter created a Festival Kitchen installation, which aimed to keep children busy with interactive cooking demonstrations from the likes of Jo Ingleby and The Cake Shop Bakery’s David Wright.
